一般来讲，只要邀请人收入足够，探亲签证被批准的几率很高，被拒的主要原因之一是移民倾向，如果是这条理由被拒，再申请时，应该提供房产证明、社会关系证明，如在某些机构担任职务等，以表明申请人有足够的理由一定会回到中国，而不会滞留加拿大不归。

申请人需提供的材料：
1. Two signed and dated copies of the “Application for a Temporary Resident Visa” from per person.两份“临时居民签证申请表”
2．One signed and dated copy of the “Family Composition/Education and Employment” from per person.一份“家属表，教育表”3． Four passport-size photos taken within the past 6 months per person. ( including the date of birth (day/month/year) and applicants’ name printed in pinyin on the back of each photo.)
四张在近6个月以内照的护照尺寸的照片（每张照片的背面用汉语拼音注明申请人的姓名和出生日期，依照“日/月/年”的顺序）
4．Original passport.护照原件
5．Two self-addressed adhesive labels per person, including applicant’s name, address and postal code in Chinese characters.
两张写好自己通讯地址的可粘贴标签，申请人的姓名，地址和邮编用中文填写在上面。
6．Application processing fee ( RMB 560.00) per person

7．A letter from XX’s employer granting leave of absence.申请人XX 的公司准假信。
8．The original copy of applicants’ Bankbook showing current savings.申请人的银行存折原件。
9．The original copy of applicants’ House-Asset Certificate.申请人的房产证明原件。
10．The original copy of applicant XX’s Bankbook for Pension, Medical Insurance Book & applicant XX’s Social Insurance Card.申请人的退休工资存折原件、医疗保险证原件。申请人的社会保险卡原件
邀请人需提供：
1. Invitation letter from inviters.邀请信。
2．A list showing the number of people in inviter’s household.在加拿大邀请人的家庭成员名单。
3．The inviter’s birth certificate.邀请人的出生证明。
4．The inviters’ marriage certificate..邀请人的结婚证明。
5．A copy of Inviters’ permanent resident cards.邀请人的枫叶卡复印件
6．Original of notice of Assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Inviter’s T4 form.
加拿大海关和税务总署出据的邀请人的最近一年的税收状况证明和T4表。
7．Inviter’s employment letters showing salary.邀请人的雇主信。
8．Inviter’s payrolls and monthly bank statement in six months (Original).邀请人的近六个月的工资单和银行往来帐原件。
9．Inviter’s Bank Certificate of Balance.由银行出具的邀请人存款证明。
