　　字数安排

　　首先在拿到一个topic之后，根据字数要求安排这篇essay每个部分在字数上的配比。标准的essay分为4个部分：

　　Introduction-Main Body-Conclusion-Reference

　　以一篇2000字的essay为例，各部分字数如下：

　　Introduction 300字

　　Main Body 1400字

　　Conclusion 300字

　　Reference不算在字数中

　　针对内容（main body）的字数安排

　　首先分析要写的given topic，举个例子:

　　Compare Frederick W.Taylor and Elton Mayo's management theories,what are the similarities and differences between them and what's their relationship?

　　拆解这个topic，它其实包括了三个内容:

　　A-similarities，B-differences，C-relationship

　　所以我们在字数上，可以把body分为3个部分，每个部分约450-500字。

　　Introduction

　　Introduction部分的主要内容是整个essay topic的背景、几个关键词的解释，以及你的一个主要观点。同时introduction部分也会简要介绍下你整个文章的结构。

　　在写introduction部分的时候，更多的是遵循倒金字塔原则。

　　就是从比较general的范围开始一步步递推，逐层深入到你要写的topic，再表达你的论点。

　　以上面的topic为例：

　　Since the setting up of the first factory in late 18th century,management had been playing a crucial role that significantly affecting the production.Besides,it was gradually recognized as an important element to determine success or failure of a company.Until the 19th century,the systematic and scientific management theory came out with its leading thinkers,two of whom were well known as Frederick W.Taylor and Elton Mayo.Both Taylor and Mayo stated the importance of the productivity and cooperation between managers and workers.This essay will firstly discuss...

　　（"this essay will firstly discuss"这句话很重要，是个标志，起到起承转合的作用，所有essay都建议按照这个格式来。从这里开始，针对整篇essay的主要内容，分几个板块进行概括。这个标志后的内容应为main body的part A）

　　...the similarities in different management theories,and how they relate to each other.Following this,...（这句话是个标志，此话后的内容为body里的内容B）留学essay代写：essay.lxws.net

　　...it will explain the differences of the two theories concerning the consideration of the human beings characteristics in management practices.

　　Finally,...（此后内容为main body的Part C。注意：如果body里的内容不只是ABC,还有DEF的话，中间建议使用具有连接性质的副词，如Subsequently，Fourthly等等作为标志来写，使逻辑性更为清晰，连贯性更强）

　　...it will look at how the two theories affect feelings of workers,increase the productivity and maximize the efficiency.

　　到此为止，essay的background已经完成了，之后的就是main body的主要内容，逻辑清晰的introduction会使body部分的写作更简单、容易。

　　Main Body

　　Main body部分主要体现文章主要观点介绍与讨论。

　　在main body部分，有以下需要注意的几个问题：

　　（1）Break the main point into pieces，main body部分如果你有几个主要的论点的话，记得要把他们分成不同的段落去讨论。每个段落要集中讨论一个point。

　　（2）State every issue relate to the main point and Make sure all the points are covered.要做到你的论点全部都提到，并且main point的讨论要尽量做到critical。
