此次榜单的评判规则有四项：1）Retention Rate 保留率：有多少学生念完了大一还愿意回来念大二；2）OverallExperience Score 综合体验得分；3）"If I could do it all again" 顾名思义啦；4）StudentHealth Center Score：学生的健康程度，这个分数是由学校的学生健康中心（俗称医务室）所提供的。四项指标的得分越高，该大学的幸福指数也就越高哦。
